UFOs, Melons and Foreign Vibrations

It was interesting to see that Calusa provided some "evidence" for the existence of UFOs which people were asking me for. Whether or not we can call this evidence, it is nonetheless quite good testimonials for the existence of extraterrestrial craft by credible sources.

I mean after all, if one person testifies in a court of law as a witness to a murder, the… Continue

Green Tea, Detox, and the Farmer's Market

I went through a nasty detox last night which is just starting to subside now. I don’t know what brought that on, but I do go through these things at the drop of the hat.

It wasn’t a completely full blown detox but pretty damned close with vomiting, nausea and wicked pain the eyes, which is by far the worst thing of it. I drank green tea Monday morning, which definitely was a mistake because it kept me up all Monday night, but not only that, I think it brought on the detox.

I’ve had two 12 pou… Continue

Fruit Flies

Danny was sucking the fruit flies into the vacuum. I find this to be in no way necessary. I feel that it is wrong to take a life.

I am an insignificant germ in this vast universal life, yet I value my life. How then am I to assume that another does not value its life the same? Is the other life less significant than me, or more so? Who am I to say? Causing a life to recycle is not something that I wish to get into the habit of doing.

God is all things, therefore, I love all things.

Today has… Continue

Today

They did actually air the short interview that I did on KTLA evening news last Sunday. A friend told me yesterday that she saw it. I’m going to call the station to see if I can get a copy.

I’m not really a big traveler. The sky is the sky and the ground is the ground. Everything that I need is within.

Today started with one pound of dates and a banana/dandelion smoothie. I will do a ride later, would like to do a long one,… Continue

The Ride

I rode to work today after all. 27 miles up and 28 miles back. Took a different route coming home. So 55 miles in all. That’ll burn some baby fat. However, I ate two pounds of dates and a lot of bananas so that probably evened out the expenditure somewhat.

I fell asleep around 2 am and woke at around 7:45 am. I did want to sleep more but that’s the way it goes. I didn’t intend to get up until 9, but since I was awake earlier, I rode in. I’m glad I did. I really don’t need a car. I’m gonna just… Continue

When I was eating 5 lb of greens a day, it was blended. It was often just lettuce & water. Sometimes I would add dates. I could never eat that much without the blender. Honestly, I stopped doing this a few months ago, but haven't updated my 30BaD profile yet. :)

Awesome. I was "Ima Pickle" -- I think I was 13 back then. You know, I learned more from reading your journal than from sitting in middle school six hours a day. In fact, I think the first time I ever heard about raw food was from something you'd written. I have a lot to thank you for!

You seem really familiar. This is a long shot, but did you ever have a journal on the site opendiary.com? Like, a decade ago?

i mean i'd say our planet is way cooler than mars for instance (although i've never been to mars. i'm not sure i'd want to even if i could). by life i mean our scientific definition of life - dna, reproduction, evolution, etc.

thanks Neet, yes, we should all learn how to listen to our bodies, we don't need blood tests for that. There should be a book called, the fine art of listening to your body.
