"I just purchased the Omega 8003 Juicer and love it. I loved it so much that I convinced my mother to buy it. From what I understand, the Brivelle is a great juicer as well but the Omega masticating juicer out preform Brivelle with regard to leafy…"

I have been a vegetarian and vegan since 2006. I have chronic fatigue, soar and achy muscles and doctors have been unable to help me.
Over a year ago I went Raw (gourmet) but that lasted 1 year, and I ended up resorting back to a high fat vegetarian diet. I often felt nauseous and passed this off as 'detox'. After 1 year of nuts, avocado and dehydrating a plethora of life, I realized that this diet was too time consuming and was in fact preventing me from reaching my full potential (emotionally and physically).
People have always criticized me for eating too much fruit, copious amounts in one sitting. Their opinions were never solicited but always in great defence. It is easy for me to choose a meal of fruit as opposed to anything else, and yet although I was a vegetarian, now vegan since discovering 30bananas a day (transitioning), I have often steered myself away from fruit for fear of it being too high in sugar. I admit that I was affected by others, to the point where I felt guilty for eating fruit. I tried to ration my fruit throughout the day. In reality, I am a hardcore fruit lover and 80 10 10 seems to be the natural way for me and my lifestyle to evolve.
I grew up in a household where my father always had stacks of a great variety of fruit on the counter. This diet does not seem restricting or unnatural to me, in fact since I have discovered 811 and 30BAD, I feel liberated like I can finally be myself!
