Oh my oh my, I have been in trouble the past couple of days. I have been consuming 2-3 large red papayas with bananas in smoothie form, they taste super sweet and delish but the bloating and cramping is really quite severe! It's like I've eaten a loaf of bread! Or am 9 months pregnant!
Is is the combining or just me? Help!! Papaya are such good value and my budget is T I G H T.

So today I bought myself a shiny new blender from Big W (Breville, $49) over my budget but I need one for banana island, which I plan to start tomorrow!!!

I was scared plus I was disturbed after weighing myself that I was 60 kilos!!! I have put on 5 kilos in the past two weeks! I'm around 5' 5-6". My new job doesn't require me to move around so I'm not burning off any calories. I had to leave my rusty old bicycle on the UK but even though I really cannot

Back down under!!
I have given most of my clothes to charity and I am slowly sorting through my belongings to see what to take with me. It will be lovely to see friends and family again but unfortunately the last time they saw me I went through my 'blip'... I went away from the LFRV way of living, bloated up big time and even consumed fish/seafood. BUT now I'm back on the LFRV path, my weight is slowly dropping off and I got that glow back - Finally!!! I spoke to my brother tod
