Hi, I am new here. If anyone here has experience with 80 10 10 and candida i'd be interested in hearing your story.So far I've found 80 10 10 theory on candida and diet to be true.  If I eat a high fat diet, the smallest amount of sugars makes my yeast flare. but if I eat lots of fruit all day with no overt fat/protein the yeast seems not to flare up.I live in England and even though it is summer it is still cold most of the time. the only seaasonal fruits are apples, pears, and berries. is one…See More

I have cometo 30BaD to get support with trying to follow the 80/10/10 diet. i have a candida problem and I have tried low carb animal based raw diets, high fat vegatarian diets and it has not worked. I am now going to try raw low fat vegan and see how I do.
