So, day 3 on the organic juice fast. :) The first day sucked in terms of energy but I feel really good today. I've been drinking about 3 liters (maybe a little more) of predominately carrot juice with maybe a half stalk of celery and an apple or two. I was thinking of juicing some kale. I think I might try to do this for at least a month. I guess I will see how I feel as time passes.

I really hope that the cravings stop. The cravings have increased lately which is why it has been bothering me. *Sigh* I hope they go away like you said. :)
