"As long as your having fun! Although maybe spread out those hours throughout the week so you don't get burnt out and just quit cold turkey! And yes I think you should take at least 1 or 2 rest days a week, so that your body has time to recover.…"

so i am home for the summer, and i have a gym membership. i'm not working, and i just go to the gym. i like to take all of the classes. i haven't taken all of them yet, but they are fun. i take a spin class every day, and then i take some other classes. the past few days i have been going 3 and 4 hours a day. Do you think it's a waste of time? do you think that that is too much exercise? or do you think it is good to exercise so many hours a day?also what about rest days?See More

so there is this show i watched. home of the future. ep 4 is about food. they estimated that in the future people will not be able to afford to eat meat. people who want to eat meat will actually end up having to eat BUGS! they said that people who will be able to buy meat will be super rich people and have to buy it in stores like louis vutton. Yes Ukuleles are from Hawaii(in a roundabout way) the word means "jumping flea" in Hawaiian. The ocean here is like a pool in heaven. Come check us out! You will make many friends here and the tickets(try Alaska air) are pretty cheap.

No I did not grow up in HB but I spent my 19th year there and I do have some fond memories (mostly of skateboarding and surfing) but the smell of sewage, fuel refineries, and the "traff***" was a little much for my sensitive soul.
