I've never had my D levels checked, but others on here have and reported the regular beds working for D. I felt much stronger since starting the tanning beds last winter.

Yes Insanity is amazing, i rave about it, i've seen great results in 6 weeks now, it's a 2 month program overall. 1st month is hardcore workouts where you have one day off a week for rest and the other days you have different workouts you alternate each day. Then you have a recovery week after the first 4 weeks, which is called core balance and recovery which is less cardio and more core work so gives your body a bit of a break before you start the next 4 weeks of new workouts which are much harder than the first set of workouts. All the workouts are really fun, i feel great after them, really good for getting those endorphins going :) The workouts consist of mainly 3 minute interval training, with 30 second breaks after each set. The stretching at the beginning and end of each workout are really good at improving your flexibility also. I highly recommend it !!
