I am working towards intellectual, spiritual, physical clarity... joy!
After several weeks of fasting, I reclaimed my brain, my energy, gratitude for life, appreciation of the cosmos/all life.
I have shed my negative brainwashing re fruit (replaced with positive brainwashing!) and am now a fruit enthusiast.
I am trying to free myself from constraints and addictions such as alcohol, dairy, grains, cooked food, beauty products and cosmetics.
I dont like supplementing... it doesn't make any sense to me.
