Something clicked in me last week, that I was fighting all of these bad habits: late nights, cooked vegan asian food, negative self talk. I was resisting all of them very hard. After some emotional things happened I was able to accept it all and let it go. This week it's been so much easier than usual to stay all raw. I had a couple of cravings, but no kinds of major "OMG I GOTTA HAVE VIETNAMESE FOODZ NAOW!!" type cravings.
I've been eating a lot of fruit during the day…

Earlier this year I did 150 days 100% LFRV. 1 week should not be difficult for me. But I need to do a blog to hold myself accountable. I've been able to tolerate a very small subset of cooked foods, mainly rice with cooked vegetables. But I don't feel the best on it. I've had 3 or 4 day stretches of 100% raw but I am not dedicated enough to maintain it. On Saturdays I had two cooked meals and had very little energy on Sunday. I ended up running a 1-hour 10K which is a little slow for…

I am terribly anxious about stupid crap today. Car flat tire. Skipping lunch with co-workers because I don't want to put crap in my body. Possible social activities this weekend. Women. What will I do with my dogs while I'm gone for WFF? Possibility of chiropractic college. It's all tying my stomach up in knots. I want to go home and lie down. Despite getting 9.5 hours of sleep last night, I don't feel my best today.
I've eaten some cooked food every day since my 150…

Today has been day 5 since I've allowed cooked vegan foods back into my diet after 150 days raw. Each cooked meal (dinner only) has slowly affected me worse and worse. Each time I would feel a little more discomfort and malaise after the meal.
Tonight was finally the kicker. After a meal of rice, beans, jalapenos and tomatoes with hot sauce (which was DELICIOUS) I threw up in the yard of the restaurant in front of my friends. Wow. Felt fine eating the meal but as soon as…

I could see popcorn being socially hard to give up.
I ate like 6 tomatoes tonight, I think I'm addicted! I've heard they could be though..
Your youtube vids make California look great, you're in LA right?
Have you been to Woodstock yet?
