hi everyone!
i was just wondering if anyone had good tips as to how to get a good nights sleep?
i currently work as a nurse, so my hours can be a little erratic, e.g. having a late shift followed by an early. it can be difficult to 'wind down' and get enough sleep for the following day. i currently use chamomile tea, which works great sometimes but not others.
any suggestions would be much appreciated.
thanks…

i've recently started incorporating lots more fruit in my diet, admittedly i still eat some cooked vegan food, but much much less than before. however, i can't help noticing an increased amount of small pimples on my face. i've never really had this problem before.. can anyone help explain why? i was thinking it's part of the detox process, but i'm starting to worry that it's going to get worse!
