We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I'd been sick for about 7 years when I discovered 80/10/10 completely by chance, in the form of Megan Elizabeths youtube-channel. Switched over night from low carb (Hey, I was desperate!) to LFRV 1st of may 2012. It's not easy for me, though, and I still struggle a bit keeping it all raw.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I work as a vocal-coach, and music plays an important part in my life. I like Damien Rice, Fleet foxes, Bon Iver, Feist and so on.. :)

Extremely loud & Incredibly close is my number one favorite book. Horrible movie, though!

Furthermore, I like meditating, yoga, reading, and I'm generally interested in everything that has to do with self-development! I live in the countryside as the city is just to damn noisy and stressfull.
