Another naturopath appointment today, who told me that I am protein deficient. *eyeroll* which would explain some of the muscle/joint soreness I experience (post-workout soreness, mind you). I also have a dodgy hip from an illness as a child, which plays up from time to time.

So blood test results have come up with zinc deficiency AGAIN. Haven't been deficient for 10 years or so.
