Three years ago I encountered the high carb raw vegan, or 'fruitarian,' lifestyle. The most beneficial and radical health breakthroughs came when I began eating raw fruits and vegetables, played under the Sun, increased my relaxation, and connected with others deeper. I'm absolutely loving it! I am stronger, happier, healthier, faster and peaceful. Everything in my body is regenerating and my life is constantly evolving. My greatest satisfaction sprouts from sharing fruit with friends and helping all enjoy the pleasures of healthy living. The passion I have for the natural health lifestyle energized me to pursue a Doctor of Medicine degree to help accelerate the organic revolution towards natural health, fitness and vitality.
