back racing..

ive been travelling since may and now im back in radelaide, its time for a racing!

did a super fast criterium tonight to get back in the swing of things. riders attacked off the line like a mountain bike race and i had to put down the wattage to stay in contact! no warming up to pace, it was on!

i just sat on and got used to being back in the bunch after a break. when you are travelling at speed and with 50 other riders, you wanna be confident in your abilities. and confidence grows with pract… Continue

Hello there DURIANRIDER! So I've been trying out this 80/10/10 for a few weeks now but I'm REALLY STRUGGLING with the whole calorie counting. I signed up for Fitday.com and nutirdiary.com but I don't think it's very good with keeping track of the overall percentages of fat, carbohydrates, and protein. Do you have any suggestions to help me with this? I know it's important to keep track of the calories I'm consuming but I still need to learn the specific break down of the 80/10/10.

Dear DR,

I have noticed that someone changed teh title of my discussion "All sugar causes cancer?" to "Is my yoga teacher right or wrong?"

First off, I am offended by the title. I feel it is demeaning to both myself and my yoga teacher. My question was not if she was right or wrong, but if anyone else had heard of this sugar/cancer myth. This title impies that I am indiscriminately believing my yoga teacher and not in the fruity way, in this way insulting me and my powers of discrimination (aka, just because I think my yoga teacher is a wonderful beautiful soul does not mean I worship her every word like some kind of prophet). This title is also disrespectful to my yoga teacher.

I also feel that changing the title to my discussion was in itself inappropriate, regardless of the insulting and unthinking mannerin which it was changed. I would like to know why the powers that be of this forum decided to change the title. It seems like uncalled for censorship.

Thanks,
Lindsay

I did see some minor relief when I cut out dairy (at the same time as meat/eggs), but it wasn't until I cut out grains that I actually started to make big gains.

Ok, so this is slightly humorous haha. We're not gonna focus on hating nanas here, just on sharing our common dislike for them...AND strategies to survive on 811 without nanas, especially when we're without a lotta money, and whatever else...
