Hey Durianrider, not sure where to ask a question. I started cycling in March, got a compact crank with 32 cassette. I go up this 3 mile climb, 6% grade, but can only keep 50-55rpm on "easiest" gear. Should I keep practicing on this route despite not being able to spin 80+?

How you see a world full of obese people (because of the metabolic dammage and eating disorders) and people suing companies for their weight gain, and all of that. It's such an eye-opener and I think you would be convincing even more people to go vegan.
I know you are busy and you probably don't get on here anymore but I want to ask you something I know you preach htfu and I know it true so this is my htfu statement I suffer from a severe case of obesity and sometimes it disgusts me that I am obese because I think of all the people out there who have nothing to eat and I try and afford staples for my vegetarian sometimes vegan lifestyle all the while not losing weight just maintaining and havin people tell me that I would be better off eatin meat other you forgot your meat I'll give you some of mine! I know you probably don't like to give encouragement more like well this is the cold hard truth and yes I need that but I need it in a positive encouraging manner! I just need reasons why I'm trying to make the switch to all vegan while battling not just family but friends work and limited resources! Do I make a place for vegans or wait for more to move into the area! Also thank you to you and freelee for always being willing to tell the truth or at least what you think is truth even if it steps on peoples toes don't worry about stepping on peoples toes they need to get they're toes straightened out so they won't get stepped on! :) hope this day brings you many blessings as abundant peace also wisdom in everything you say and do!!
I was wondering what ratio you preferred in this lifestyle: 80/10/10 or 90/5/5? I know Freelee follows the latter, but I love nuts a bit too much! Is it possible to be able to get the same results on 80/10/10 or should I make the switch?
Hi harley I have an important question! I have developed an allergic to strawberries. I used to eat them all the time and was fine but now that I eat so much of them everyone I do my lips swell and become itchy I'm really upset because I love strawberries and I'm scared of this happening with other fruits as well :'(
Im having a hard time researching about flaxseed oil, coconut oil and others...
I know you mention that oils are good for the bathroom and bedroom.. but like I said finding "scientific " evidence of it is becoming a challenge ... can you help me or point me on the right direction...

i know you and freelee both used to be 100% raw for multiple years before making the switch to "rawtill4". were you nervous or scared at all about going from all raw to having cooked dinner everyday? also did you feel fine right away after you started incorporating cooked food back in, or did your body take awhile to get used to it? i was just wondering since i think i wanted to be fully raw for a few years to heal myself, and then be rawtill4 longterm, but just wanted to get info on your personal exiprience.
