Do you have any tips on preparing for a bicycle trip? I want to ride from Gympie to Brisbane as soon as I can, probably the start of next year. Do I need to do anything else other than just becoming more fit on my bike? I am trying to change from low-fat vegan to raw LF vegan at the moment.
Do you have any suggestions for Bicycle lights? Brands that you feel work best? Days are getting shorter here and I want to extend the available time I have for biking. Any advice would be appreciated.
