Hello 30 bananas a day! Im Debbie Driver from London England. I am a musician, play geetar and write my own stuff and do gigs. when I am not doing that I research more about health which has lead me to this site. I saw dr Douglas Graham give a talk in London about 15yrs ago, and it has taken that long for the penny to drop! Ive been vegetarian, vegan, then on to juicing then on to raw foods and because I never felt that great on any of them my research has lean me here. I am really excited to learn more about the 80 10 10 lifestyle. I have made lots of mistakes with food and just want to be healthy slim and fit.

I am new to the 80 10 10 and would like to know more. I dont consume alcohol, caffeine, drugs, processed food and have now cut out refined sugar. How ever I desire to be more fit and health and I feel I am about 1 stone over weight.
