I was first trying to find the best way to get healthy ..looking over many YouTube videos and blobs I finally found a video on 30 bananas a day I was wondering what's this all about when I watch it I started wanting to know more about it so now as a newbe on raw food I'm loving it and trying to stay away from all the bad food out there that's killing us .......
