We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Hello there, i am new to the raw world and have been experimenting since the begining of this year, i gained a lot of weight and i started to stay in more and more due to this until my doctor told me i had a under active thyroid. i was unfit and i was no longer wanting to do active activites with my daughter. until a work friend introduced me to this site! i thought 30 banana a day? that sounds silly who does that! she explained that if you read the dr doug graham book 80 1010 book it will turn your lfe around and that i should heal inside but to see others progress on the 30BaD site. so i checked out this website and i was very fascinated with all the people who had made big changes in there lifes even the ones who fell off the wagan and jumped right back on again, but i still didnt join, i even ordered the book but i didnt read it, it sat in my book shelf for four months, and at this stage things just got worst until i got ill and was bed bound for two days and i was bored, so i started to read dr grahams book! well all i can say is wow! and what a guy, i will have to read it again but i was so inspired by day two i got online and made a big fruit and veg order and brought the products i needed to get stated straight away, but before this i booked my self into a detox rereat to rid my self of excess toxins so that i was inspired even more, and now im back my shopping has arrived and here my jouney begins......

I can't buy too much in bulk b/c I'm simply not able to eat that much yet.
