i ran out of apples at night though and had some dried pawpaw, 2 bananas and a humongous salad
i also did 30 a 20min run and a sauna session

hello sydney
well i have been here for quite a while, but i have a really shocking internet connection and i havent been able to spend much time online.
things are going really well and i am starting to manifest many wonderful things.
the only thing that has worried me lately is that i have gained some weight. i have been excersing and eating mostly raw (a few little cheats here and there but nothing huge) but i have managed to gain about 5kg over a period of about 4 months.

Today i had a very interesting experience. I realized why I haven’t been able to achieve long term 811. I am worried about eating too much fruit! I didn’t think that I was concerned about this. Today I ate
1.2kg of water melon

- Hiya Cindy. My friend runs the channel 7 promo store near Martin Place. He said they were looking for casuals, and I said I had some raw buddies who might be interested. It's only $18 per hour but he described the work as "standing around cruising the internet between serving the few customers who occasionally come in". He's a muso and a lovely cat. He's off to Japan for 2 weeks, but I can put you in touch when he gets back, if you or Javier are interested. LMK..

Some of the best times of my life have been spent in the desert.I have real respect for the fruits that are produced in such inhospitable climate.Seems as tho nature knew we would extra sustenance of the spirit if we find ourselves in that climate.What is not to like about mangoes,citrus,figs,grapes,olives(ripened and sun dried on the tree).There is an aura of timelesness in the dry country,room for the spirit to flow out.A place where less is more,as opposed to the tropical jungle which overwhelms the senses..This town had mango trees everywhere once,mostly gone now.There has even been talk of removing the coconuts -not a native according some hard core folks.One has not lived until one has drank juice straight from a green coconut..
