I was recently diagnosed with a borrelia infection and another co-infection after beeing ill for almost 1½ year, so I proberbly had the infections for a long time.I haven't had any bite mark or rashes so it was to my surprice to find out the tests was positive.I have servere adrenal fatigue, my immunsystem is at the lowest and I have had problems with my walk lately and my visual impression.I have been on the lfrv diet for half a year now and haven't had any improvement.I want to know if…See More

I have been suffering from servere fatigue and brain fog for over a year now.(not diagnosed, but i'm pretty convinced) I've also had IBS(irritabel bowel syndrom) for 10 years and have struggles since finding a diet that would work for me.I found out about natural hygiene and the LFRV diet 6 month ago and changed my diet imediatly.
