well i think im doing it right i feel great :) i am calculating the calories intake all is good, for some reason i never really love bananas and for some reason this morning they were really good but they were well ripe that must of been the diffidence, all so i notice when it time to refuel i was in the super market all i keep looking at was sugar stuff , so that become a indication that i was Hungary and need to eat more fruits any way i will be off for a month to work some were else hope i…See More

We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: what brought me to this site hmmm, well i was doing research on raw foods ,cause i do have medical problem, and i im looking at this point in my life what i have been doing wrong as to what i put in my mouth, but here the thing all my life i have been a bit granola and still i had problems with my glands and all, after years of poking and blood sample they finally found what i got polikystiques witch is just a unbalances of hormones, so i took a look in my pass were i was at the heathy ever!!

well be leave it or not i was on a fruit intake with out knowing it !!! i keep on looking were i when wrong!!! it was when every one was telling me that i had to eat meat that i would lack of iron in my system and bla bla bla ,know im 35 and on it way back to that way of eating i didn't know there was a word for it lol , im a massage therapist but i also do seminars in university.

i live in, Quebec. i know this, "we can heal from food" but you got to know how to do it the right way i have been watching chris randalls videos it help lost cause here in Quebec it cold, but all so freelee YouTube stuff witch i find great. i know that she had a free e-book on how to get started but for some reason the email link is not working, so that a :( or is that some one else hmm ),but anyway i say cheer up there bananas so hear i am ,im going back to what my intuition told me to do way back at 17 eat lots of fruit.

but i do have some concerns if im doing it right, im at a place were physicality im at 400 pounds but no one gives me that cause im freaky tall , i need my health back i need to cure this medical problem,ho i also started to have high cholesterol im like what i only eat good oils then i realize that at 17 i was not eating oils at all lol,but good thing my good cholesterol is good. im also scared for in my family they have dietetic , the doc tells me im in a gray aria i don't quiet understand what that means, so before that goes full browned ii need to take care of me know , so there you go that me and much more lolol im a positive person for there's all ways a solution to all problems you just need to do it lol. so ya there you go.

i also ask to join cause it hard to do this alone,here around me no one is raw they don't understand me but that ok cause there's bananas lol any way much love to you all keep on doing the great work your doing bye for know :)))))
