I am since 1 year interested about raw food but didn´t succeed 100% till all most 2 month now.
I´d like to join 30BaD because i want to make a 80/10/10 diet, and i´d like to discuss with people about raw food or other things, but ad least people who understand what i´m going trhough and wont give me the traditional "you´re vegan?you´re laking a lot of nutriment!!!" or another one "aren´t you afraid for your health?"...So it would be feeling good than to discuss with people who are my opinion for once..lol

Hi everyone

I just´d like to know if some of you raised children on a vegan diet and how...My daughter is now since half a year vegan (she is 16 month old) and my mother allways talks about how her doctor say it´s a terrible diet, and how she´ll get ill and such...But they are contradictions because she says she would get growth delay, yet she is 81cm tall, the size of a 21 month old, and she weights 11,5 kg, the weight of a 24 month old, though she is not fat, she is verry fit and could…

Hi everyone

I think I just realized now what DR Graham meant with health beeing many things and not just diet alone.(sport, sunshine, good relashionship)

I couldn´t grasp why I allways fail on HCRV diet, and why I was SOOO tired thoses last times, and why I felt so depressiv and had fear attack everyday.
