I'm an assistant professor of marketing, fitness instructor and a blogger. I've been high carb low fat vegan since October 2011 and trying to stay raw (90% since October). I would like to be a part of this community to have support, share experiences and ideas and get advices from other people living like me.

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: Fruit, especially organic, is too expensive in France. This is number one reason it's getting difficult to be 100% RV. And I still have cooked food cravings from time to time.
