Don't emphaSIZE!

My 80/10/10 journey and my new experiences in the process - as well as past experiences before that - have inspired me to create this group. Because I find too many people being obsessed with being thin. Optimal health and peace for all beings should be the goal. That is what I find 80/10/10 to be all about. I also personally prefer hearing success stories focused on better health through 80/10/10 instead of how someone looks. This group is also related to support those who suffer or have…See More

Thanks Cecilie. :) I'm deeply moved by that. Athena is one of my role models and my favourite goddess.

Unfortunately I don't speak Danish (yet). Do you speak German?

Thanks as well for your feedback on Ashtanga yoga. I do want to take advantage of it when I'm finished with my apprenticeship.

Hey thanks for the comment and support! I love how positive and reassuring everyone is on this site! I'll find your old blog post, you write really well by the way... so honest. We can keep each other updated on how we're doing if you want, maybe like once a month or something =) I'll take you're advice in, but I think, on the occassions I will eat out, try and find something low fat/vegan... I don't mind cooked veg and grains, still eat it from times... I might just slowly draw it out though until everyone is comfortable with it and off my back...well I know that will never be the case, but they should understand more once i'm fitter, healthier and stronger =) good luck to you on your journey... and like the other guy commented on your post, it can take up to 10 years, don't stress... you're still young! have a splendid day!

Thanks for the add! I'd love to know more about your ED past and how you overcame it. Personally, I'm using this as motivation for right now:
