been working doubles. so just work and sleep with very little room for anything else except spending time with hubby and daughter in small intervals. tonight is my last day on and the next two off. so, i will definately be running and biking and soaking in some vitamin d!
today i had watermelon
that's pretty much all i could choke down.
i did my walking at workand 100 squats
midnight to eight worked
sleep about 9:00 to 1:00
6dates in gatoraide
watermelon about 3 cups
1 head of romain lettuce
back to sleep around 8:00-11:00
yup, i know really not a great day at all. way too low on the food. belly still not feeling right. i just have no hunger at all right now.

so today was crap. i got home from work at eight a.m. and finally fell asleep about 9:30 and slept off and on until 12:30. it was rainy and raw so no running but that's ok because i really should take a day off to rest.
i was able to walk at work( i try to to avoid sitting as much as possible). and according to my fitbit i walked 7+ miles worth! woo hoo!
food: (when i work i go to either extreme-i don't feel like eating or i feel like constantly eating)
TODAY WAS STRANGE.
I NEVER FELT HUNGRY. NOT ONCE. I FEEL LIKE IF I'M NOT HUNGRY-I SHOULD NOT BE EATING. I DID HOWEVER. AND MY DAY WENT LIKE THIS:
8:00AM COUCH TO 5K RUN(GETTING BETTER- STRETCHED THE HECK OUT OF MY LEGS BEFORE AND AFTER AND ALSO DID WARM-UP AND COOL-DOWN)
