Now I am looking for information to counter mental obstacles to this way of life... e.g. can't gain muscle, not enough protein, creatine, B12, B6, zinc and iron deficiency etc.

Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I need to overcome mental obstacles, I've read about a lot of diets, and read about hunter gatherer diets for example, but in my heart I would like to make 80/10/10 work for me.
