I've been vegetarian nearly my whole life; I'm now vegan, and excited to be upping my lifestyle with more whole uncooked fruits and veggies! I saw some great videos randomly that inspired me to come check out 30bananasaday, and now I think I'm ready for more. <3

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: I love all the raw foods recipe books I can find, and all the sweet stuff with anecdotes; Raw Family books, 'Raw food cleanse' by Penni Shelton and some other good ones I've found over the years. As far as other faves in life, fresh air and outdoorsy stuff is a big passion, yoga is way up there, as is learning exciting/enriching new things <3

ouchie! need advice for sundamage <3

Got a ridiculous burn all over my backside today and don't have aloe! lol

Any advice at all? I don't use chemmy sunscreen bc of the fact that I think that it intensifies the issue, and went out to the beach with the intention of getting some color, but this is a bit excessive . . .

How long do these things usually sting for? And is there something I can do to speed up the healing process? Thanks for reading. Hope to hear good stuff soon. <3
