I am new to making videos but I think I will like that too :)

My goal is to help as many people as humanly possible understand the benefits of eating a healthy vegan diet. People usually only understand that it's good for animals, they don't realize that it brings massive amounts of clarity and energy into your life. I'm under the impression that people just want to be happy, and from my experience this is THE way to do it! Be healthy and move that body! It's all about finding the motion!

Peaceful Night

I don't know if it's the full moon or what, but tonight I'm feeling a great amount of peace... so much that I'm still not in bed! Even my ride earlier this evening felt amazing... you know when the air is thick and sweet, but not too thick to be annoying, like it's a physical part of life instead of abstract and it wants to play.

I'm happy I have begun my work towards spreading the vegan message. I honestly don't see anything else in life at the moment that is worth giving my all to.…
