It's true that the more natural the foods you eat the more your body signals you to eat them. So the more 811rv you eat the less tolerant your body will be to cooked anything. So as others said I would stick with easiest to digest/closest to nature foods such as squash, and sweet potato if you need it for extra calories because of inability to get enough raw fruits. And allow enough time for them to digest fully before eating any fruits. Best to eat any cooked at the end of the day as they can take many hours to digest.
