I started first being vegetarian last year in October 2012, 2 months later I became a vegan and then descovered the raw food world which I really find interesting. I am a physician in my country I am from Peru and find really interesting how many diseases could be prevented just consuming a good diet. When I started being a vegetarian I found all these american doctors that had research vegan life styles showing that it could improve your live style incredible and now I found 80 /10/10 book from Dr. Douglas and found Freelee , these people made me feel inspired and made me want to fallow these life style. I am studying for my license in the USA and to do my specialty here. I really feel passionate about preventing diseases just with a good life style and that is what I would like to do as a future doctor.

Hi Ange, I have no trouble staying lot fat vegan. During the cold winter months I find it hard to stay 100% raw. But now that spring is here, I am going all raw. I find that the more raw recipes I have the better. Variety is important. So is enjoying every meal. It's not so hard once you get the hang of it. All the best with your journey.
