is it ok to rely on organic dates as main source of calories? i buy 5 kilo boxes from the organic shop, and i forage other fruit (figs) and buy some fruit from farmers market but mostly eat dates. bananas are $12 a kilo now :(
i also eat huge bunch of greens every day.

Cassie Speakman said… Hey Amy,
Thanks for the request. How are you?
Mr Supertramp said… Cheers for the invitation Amy and will probs come, as for the dates being your main source of calories I personally prefer to vary it up although most of my meals are monomeals i do change the friut or veg meal to meal. If your energy is good and your feeling good than that is the best indicator.
