"Depends on if theyre organic. I can get a 40 lb box of conventional for about $20. If theyre organic though I'd say not bad, I usually see organic nana's for $30."

"I just did the same as ka but I just blended 3 bananas and then added strawberries and then added 2 ice cubes and it was the texture of yogurt. I added bananas and it's really good & filling!"

This summer I will officially be vegetarian for 2 years and vegan for 6 months. After becoming vegetarian, I felt that the only way I could be able to transition into a vegan lifestyle was to cut back. After accepting the fact that I would not be able to maintain the lifestyle (at age 16) I had always planned to do so when I grew older. A year later, I am vegan and probably 80% raw. I was very surprised at how far I've come. I never even dreamed of even remotely approaching such an abundant lifestyle. My motivation has definitely been derived from Freelee and DurianRider (:

natural ingredients and sunscreen ?!

I know that on the LFRV lifestyle there is little need to buy expensive lotions and toothpastes because of the simplicity of not using them at all. I was wondering what would be the best SPF sunscreen to protect my face since spring/summer are pretty warm weathered months and would love to know what you guys would do !

Losing Weight in the Beginning.

I have started the LFRV lifestyle around 2 - 3 weeks ago. I really haven't noticed any drastic changes in my appearance. I thought that becoming raw would cause me to lose a dramatic amount of weight and it's frustrating cause this lifestyle is drastic but I am getting no drastic results. I love this lifestyle and how it makes me feel but sometimes I feel like cutting back my fruit intake to something more comfortable.
