Today's intake:
1 large honeycrisp
6 medium bananas
1 banana, 4 dates, mixed berries smoothie
3 kiwis/peashoot salad
Feeling not so hot today but got a lot of work done. Supposed to get a snow storm tonight! Yikes!
Decided I'm going to start really keeping track of progress/insights here. I think it'll help a lot--especially with the emotional detox.

Hi banana world!
I'm about 2 weeks new to lfrv. I've been doing great and feeling great until last night. Yesterday and the day before I began to get some detox symptoms (feeling on edge emotionally and crying). Then went to bed and had a nightmare that woke me up with my heart racing.
Half asleep, I went down stairs and raided my parents fridge in an attempt to calm myself (an emotional eating pattern that I've been working hard to break but still haven't completely…
