Oh I had the best tomatoes out of someones yard hanging over the fence a couple of months ago. I am going to grow some in pots on the windowsill.

What was the "spark" that led you to 811?

Although I had been reading about raw for a long time and trying high fat raw and falling off, I even had the 811 book and read it once and tried to do it but got caught up in high fat and suppliment…

No I would say we are not superior to other species. Other animals have different types of intelligence than humans. The beauty and instinctive know how to raise a chick or swim through the ocean is…

I don't know how we got to this place where eating filth is the norm and doing 811 is considered extreme and weird and crazy. I was eating romaine lettuce out of a bag today and all of my classmates were looking at me like I was insane!!! I don't k…

People stay stuck because they want to: Time to grow up

I was into wallowing. and now I live with a wallower. I am done falling off the wagon, not having enough money, not having enough energy. staying 100% raw and motivated is going to get me into a better place financially, emotionally, and physically with a new community of doers not whiners.

I was getting a pay off for not being able to it being too hard etc. I am done staying in that state of mind. Being right about what is possible and staying sick is getting old. Time to m

The papaya, orange juice smoothie cure/revolution

All the national guard and armies, navy and any other military personnel that exist on the planet will be first given the papaya orange juice smoothie cure for 2 months along with lengthy napping and yoga as tolerated.

they will then be deployed with blenders, trucks of oranges and papayas to administer the cure to all humans around the world. As people begin to feel better they will be recruited to go from yard to yard and grow organic no till self sustaining food forests going do

Eating raw 811 is extremely subversive!

Our society is built upon locking up the food and getting people to work to pay for it. So all our industries except a few basics like water and building materials are made up needs.

Sure you can still lock up fresh fruit and greens and put fences around all fruit trees, but it is way easier to store and control the food if it is dried, cooked, packaged and canned and can stay put for several years as leverage to control people.

Hi! I usually rotate between 3 books so right now I am reading Davinci Code for lighter reading, Big Sur by Jack Kerouac and No logo by Naomi Klein. Lucky that you live by a library! I buy more books than I can keep up with. What are you reading?

yes that's right, haha you know the story behind that much better than I.. good to hear they won in the end, I thought they lost. I think you'd get best results by ditching the meat and cooked stuff. rancid oils (if you cook oils it's almost certain to happen) are something i've been thinking about lately. you build your cell membranes out of fat and if you've got whack building materials it apparently can contribute to neurological disorders, which doesn't surprise me. but deficiencies e.g. B12, B6, ALA, etc. can all cause psychiatric symptoms, so it's smart to get those nutrients into you.. just get them from the best source I sez :)

Yeah, the smell throws you, especially at first. It's pretty common not to even like the taste the first time and then to love it. I don't eat it much, though due to the fat level. I've been 90/5/5 for more than a month now and it's unbelievable. Energy has been insanely high. Mood has been supreme. No desire for overts at all. Even if I did I wouldn't do a thing to alter this high. Anyway, as I explained to Jasmin, I first asked my mom, who is a very good painter, to do the durian. She loved the idea but is so busy she never gets to it. So I started asking every talented artist I came across. One of these days someone will produce a really striking piece, IMHO... Thanks for the add...

it's true! orthomolecular medicine is when they use whackloads of vitamins to treat psychiatric conditions.. there was a compound supplement made in canada for a while used to treat bipolar specifically, i think it was discontinued. what dietary changes have you heard of? i imagine gluten or dairy would be good to eliminate.

Ishmael is sitting beside my bed right now, have only started it though. Along with Gaia's Garden thanks to your recommendation, it's exciting stuff. I'm gonna try an herb spiral at my parents, already have some seeds. I'm looking into fruit trees like paw paw, pear, apple, apricot, persimmon, cherry, peach, plum...they all grow where I live.

i mean i'd say our planet is way cooler than mars for instance (although i've never been to mars. i'm not sure i'd want to even if i could). by life i mean our scientific definition of life - dna, reproduction, evolution, etc.

thanks Neet, yes, we should all learn how to listen to our bodies, we don't need blood tests for that. There should be a book called, the fine art of listening to your body.

were they organic? just curious. also, you don't eat of the skin do you? i've read that mango peel contains the same chemical as in poison ivy or poison oak: urushiol. could be related? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mango#Potential_for_contact_derma
