Today was the BEST day I have had so far. I had a family gathering to go to. I made fruit salad with an orange-mint dressing and zuke pasta w/ marinara. New to the whole thing, so I ran out of ripe bananas. I'm sitting here hungry and I have a headache. Not sure why I have the headache...it was really hot/humid here today but I drank 2L+ of water and ate lots of juicy berries. I've been nearly 100% sedentary for the last year. Holy cow. Today was AWESOME. I did it. Despite an INSANE schedule I DID IT. And I was down 2 lbs this am. I didn't feel hungry all day. I ate 8 bananas, a huge zuke, an ear of corn, and 10 c of watermelon. I'm pretty sedentary so my cals are lower than a lot of peeps. Read the first 40 pages of DG's book and I AM HOOKED!!! the stress is killing my fruitymojo. Mothering 4 kiddos (2 on the ASD spectrum) and currently pursuing my BS in child advocacy studies is all I can manage. Adding in a totally new way of eating is proving to be too much. I really want this but my cup runeth over already? I WILL find a way, but I am really really struggling here....
