I am a 31 yr old guy from U.K. have been living in N.Z. for last 5 years and find myself back in the UK. Have been looking into and aquiring aspects of good quality living and lifestyles for awhile now and diet has been ever evolving throughout that time.
Although I have done several week long fasts and mono-diet cleansing. Havnt adopted HCRV as a lifestyle.......yet. I feel a burning in my heart!
I have a big desire to return to N.Z. and live in what was and is a spectacular country. It was sooo much easier to live a life that seemed more "REAL" there. Air is fresher, fruit is juicier..........
However until that happens I am currently working away on new ventures here in the uk and am always looking to create or take part in Healthy living based business ventures :)

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
