I did it! I went vegan today. No animal products today and from here on out. I intended to eat 100% raw, but I was craving something cooked. I told myself that I would be allowed carb-rich cooked foods to get me through this beginning, so I had brown rice. Plus, it really helped up my calories, but I still only made it to 2160. Ohio is actually pretty cold right now, at night anyway. It's so sudden.
I haven't started with my watermelon yet but i'm very excited!
Hey SB - not 100%, but I eat a very high fruit diet and ideally would be 100%. I've been getting more and more fruit in now that everything doesn't make me nauseous :-) Other foods I eat are always vegan, usually wholefoods-based, and zero artificial/preservative/canned stuff.
