I ate this clean high carb raw diet in 2003 and 2004 and sine then have been eating a high fat raw diet that has been making me feel other than the best. I want to feel GREAT and I have hopes that it will be fun and gratifying to and enhance my energy by eating HCRV again. Open to any advice from those who have been on this path.

I need help getting started -- as in -- should I do a water fast first or just peel the bananas and eat. Also, I am not sure if dried fruit is really OK, even if soaked. Mostly, I want to get really active, and buffed as I was once before, quite lean and fit and felt great! I feel like a slug right now -- it's really sad. I am a little nervous about giving up salt and caffeine and chocolate. I love high fat foods including cold pressed oils and am not sure how I will feel without them.

I am brand new to 80-10-I0 and have 36 huge bananas and the first 6 will be ripe by Monday. I'm buying oranges Tuesday. My great wish is that I feel like working out again and my big concern is how am I going to let go of the Green Tea of which I drink a lot of! Any feedback on caffeine might be very helpful!
