Hi All..I have been toying with raw for some time and am a huge fan of Harley and Freelea's work. I have however stumbled across Dr McDougall's diet and have found it more suitable for me in terms of ease and transition. I currently eat many bananas and dates but also have baked potatoes with beans as I am not ready for 100% RV yet :) What is everyone else's views on a starch based diet?
