Working out is one of my fave activities, though Marial Arts is currently on the back burner, unless you count the more internal forms like QiGong or Tai Chi, in which I dabble from time to time. But I'm convinced that when the time and situation is right, I'll jump back in.

"When the student is ready..." as the saying goes.

This summer has been fine, despite the oven-like heat. I've been helping a local farmer my family has been patronizing for years on her land recently. Just today I spent 2 hrs extremely heavy weeding with a weed whip in over 100 degrees. Not sure what that says about my sanity, but at least it's for a worthy cause :)

Well, it's September tomorrow, so I'm sure you're itching to burn the floors once again. Ole!
