I am a Certified Health Coach and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who religiously followed a Paleo nutrition protol for 7 years. And while it helped to eliminate my autoimmune disorder, it also introduced a whole host of digestive disorders, and at the end, I went into nutritional ketosis for about 8 months, which left my almost perfect physique gaining a bit of weight and my adrenals in stage 3 burn out. After years of nearly fainting spells from low blood pressure, I some how happened upon this website and Freelee's videos, and I haven't looked back. This is the nutrition protocol I now follow and the only one I advocate in my practice, which I have now had to completely turn around because of my understanding and beliefs in nutrition. I have to preach what I practice! I also have a passion for fitness and I love to work out in various ways bright and early every morning. I am excited to be part of this community!

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
