Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Just trying to make the world a better place. Care alot about human rights aswell as animal rights. For me its all about becoming a better person. Self educated myself on the topic of Biology. Found The Chiny Study which lead me to 80/10/10 which in turn lead me to Harley and 30Bad. Went vegan then slipped off the bandwagon but got back on a few days later and haven't looked back since. Started with mainly Vegan junkfood but everyday my diet is getting better. If it wasn't for brown rice and vege's I'd probably be HCRV
