"I second this, when I first started 811 I was not efficiently tracking my calories and was not getting enough, and would get dizzy spell. After using chronometer I realized I needed way more cals and never got dizzy after adjusting."

I've been veggy, and vegan, much of my adult life. My first dedicated foray into the lifestyle was a result of reading Dr. McDougall back in 1984, I've been sedantary for the last 4 years and I'm ready to get healthy once again. I've been 100% 80/10/10 since June 1st, 2012. Very very happy to have come across Freelee, and Durianrider's videos....boundless gratitude!!!
