While i was at my older sister's appartment i was searching through books and i noticed an interesting title: “If you want to be healthy, forget about the cooking pots!". At such a young age I knew that this is it. But it was hard to convince my parents to let me eat that way. Now that I'm older, the habits are even deeper inside me, and now when I could eat any way i want to, it's hard to let go. But I'm trying :)
