"I think you need to provide a bit more info. How many calories are you getting a day? What time of the day are you doing the Muay Thai training and for how long? I don't think you need to eat right before training, but an hour before training…"

Harley, and anyone else reading this, what do you eat before a work out or training session? I do muay thai and rock climbing, and ive noticed especially with the muay thai i tend to burn out fast during a training session. I usually dont eat anything before training as I dont like to feel all full and bloated. Am wondering if a datorraid will help, or even just eating a few dates and a banana will make a difference?... would love to know what others are doing?See More

My biggest passion is traveling around the world...give me a beach and a hammock and some yummy fruits and i'm in heaven!
I love sports ( rock climbing, muay thai, snowboarding, skiing, dirt biking...), dancing..bikram yoga... outdoors and nature :)
I love different types of music, anything that brings a smile to the soul... house, minimal, psytrance, goa, progressive, tribal, jazz...beautiful sound comes in many forms and shapes and you cant just focus on one type...
I love art, design, print, graphic, industrial...
..cuddling, spending time with friends and family, reading, and watching durainriders hilarious youtube videos!
