Greetings lovely people,
Just wanted to ask a question for all the PCOS suffers out there. I have tried 811 before and my skin went crazy. I read that we have a higher level of testosterone in our bodies. So when our bodies have excess or lots of sugar in our bodies we produce more and our skin brakes out more. Mine does with the slightest bit of sugar. HOWEVER when I follow BLood Type A my skin clears up?????????? Anyway I wanted to know if any PCOS suffers have had a problem…

Ok guys so I have written a few times on this. Im 26 have PCOS been trying this diet but my skin still wont clear up. I am close to getting some drugs. Im over it I shouldnt have break outs at my age :( It makes me feel like crap and ugle and horrible :( Any tips or things I can use to help :(
