Not LFRV but LFV!
And well... I love to simplify my diet and my life!
Also I love swimming, cycling, running, triathlon, reading books, traveling, nature, talking with friends about all the sixty-four-dollar questions, people who live their ideals, challenges, changing in general...

Oh the new Houellebecq 'La carte et le territoire' was totally awesome! But currently I am reading a book from a Norwegian called Karl Ove Knausgård. Can't find words...
Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan and vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I love the end of the food-confusion!

Was man natürlich nicht will.

Why You Should Be an Early Riser..

My favorite part of the day is the early morning. I crave the silence and the chance to focus on my own thoughts and body. I'm usually up every day by 4:20AM...
