I am so excited to be at 15 days 80 10 10 all raw!! I have been feeling good. I can't say it is always easy. But, it is doable thus far and I feel good about what I am doing for my body!I have had some headaches, required a little more sleep, including naps in the late afternoon to combat the headaches. But, I am confident that my body is healing from all of the junk it has had in its system throughout the years!!!

Well, my week went really well! This is day 6!!!! I have stayed true to 100% 80 10 10 raw!!! It is pretty amazing. I am still drinking one cup of coffee a day, other than that no bad things! I have been doing cronometer and it had said 82/8/10 and 2600-2900 calories a day! This has been great as far as no cravings and not hungry, so easy to stick too! Day one went wonderful. I ate 2600 calories of raw fruits and veggies and had no cravings!!! So, this is day two! I have had 2 huge green smoothies-750 calories each. Each one contained- 2c spinach, 1 c frozen peaches, 4 large bananas, 2 dates and 1 scoop of raw protein powder from garden of life. I have 3 huge jars of this protein powder and do like it.
