I decided to join 30BaD to add my voice as a unique athlete, a ballerina. I have been dancing classical ballet for 28 years, and while I am not a professional dancer, I maintain a vigorous training schedule and am constantly striving to reach higher levels of performance. I have been HCRV for over a month now, and wish that I found 80/10/10 earlier! It is everything I have ever wanted in a diet; it is everything I have ever wanted in a lifestyle!

Just support and companionship really. I'm only 1 month 100% HCRV and I love it. Love it! My appetite for cooked foods has not gone away, but I would not call them cravings anymore. I am losing body fat, but I am also getting right close to my desired/goal leanness. I'm eating as much as I want (sometimes forcing a little more) and I'm still losing. At this rate, I'm wondering if I'm going to lose too much weight, but I trusting that I'll hit a balancing point soon.
