Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I decided to join 30BaD to add my voice as a unique athlete, a ballerina. I have been dancing classical ballet for 28 years, and while I am not a professional dancer, I maintain a vigorous training schedule and am constantly striving to reach higher levels of performance. I have been HCRV for over a month now, and wish that I found 80/10/10 earlier! It is everything I have ever wanted in a diet; it is everything I have ever wanted in a lifestyle!

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: Dancing, cycling and snuggling. I am an avid reader and recommend the Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin (popularly known as Game of Thrones).

We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: Just support and companionship really. I'm only 1 month 100% HCRV and I love it. Love it! My appetite for cooked foods has not gone away, but I would not call them cravings anymore. I am losing body fat, but I am also getting right close to my desired/goal leanness. I'm eating as much as I want (sometimes forcing a little more) and I'm still losing. At this rate, I'm wondering if I'm going to lose too much weight, but I trusting that I'll hit a balancing point soon.
