I think that I need to start eating something for breakfast besides bananas. Today, it was very hard to eat them. I still feel really tired. I'm going to try to get more sleep tonight. I did not really exercise today, so hopefully I can make that happen…

I have made it through the first week! I can't believe that I am actually doing this! I got a blender today which will make it much easier for me to get in more calories starting tomorrow! I feel so great today : )
